The place itself is comfortable, clean, and has a relaxed vibe.

Me and my Boyfriend went here. The food/dipping sauce was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented by buffet type. All the staff specially Vivian her manager Dwight went above and beyond to make our evening/anniversary extra special. Will recommend this restaurant. Sulit!

A warm smile can go a long way. On our way to SUKI-YA, a waitress from another restaurant we weren’t even planning to visit greeted me with such a pleasant smile—it truly made a difference. However, when we arrived at SUKI-YA, the waiter didn’t make eye contact or offer a simple “good morning.” If not for our reservation, I might have considered returning to the other restaurant. I hope the staff can be encouraged to share a welcoming smile—it would be a wonderful reason for guests like us to come back.

Service is excellent, attentive and polite staffs. Place is also nice, has privacy walls and comfy couches. Food selection or side dishes are okay, but refilling of their maki took too long and only 1 variety. Their soups are also good.

Had lunch at Sukiya in Ayala Mall Bay — and it was truly excellent! The service was warm and thoughtful: “Would you like more meat?” and even after asking for the bill, they kindly said, “Dessert is still available!” We were so full we could barely move! The paper-thin slices of pork and chicken were like a work of art — perfectly cooked and delicious. Thank you to the two lovely staff members who took such great care of us. We’ll definitely come back again!

Cold weather? Rainy outside? Yup! You need a quick shabu-shabu fix. I've been to a lot of hotpot restaurants and this place did not disappoint! For the price and the wide array of food choices, definitely worth it. One of the most affordable hotpot places in the metro. The service is superb. The staffs are very polite and attentive. Keep it up guys Visit nyo na sila guys di ako mapapahiya
